5 months old!

He's growing up on us. I can't believe it's been 5 months already. He is such a sweet boy...we are so blessed. He learns new things almost every day. He even eats with a spoon some now! We'll be doing a lot more of that around 6 months. And before we know it, he'll be walking...and then walking across the stage at graduation. Time truly flies.

Adult Weekend

Ruben and I got to go away with friends for the weekend, the lake, good movies, good food, and fishing.

yuck!

Well, Phil had surgery on Thursday. So glad to have it done and over, but now the hard part starts. Recovery! I am so certain I was not meant to be a nurse! I do not do well with blood, or any other bodily fluids for that matter. Poor guy. He really feels terrible. The one thing I can do is give him his meds which I am so greatful for! They seem to work pretty good. We go back to the Dr. on Tues. and they take the stints out of his nose which should help him feel a little better, but everyone says that his throat will be even worse next week then it is now, poor guy!

spring planting

well we planted and now it is going to rain all week long, hopefully we will get some sun next week. The kids really enjoyed planting. A good excuse to play in the dirt.

Grandbabies!

Isn't this a sweet picture of Jensen and Carter! It was nap time and they both were both so good having their pictures taken. You can tell they are cousins, they have the same eyebrows, and nose.

Our sweet boy is now 4.5 months old. He's rolling over from tummy to back. And he makes the sweetest noises.

Sicky

WE have had it all, pink eye, ear infections, stomach flu, sore throats, little Jensen has RSV. This has been a yucky month for sickness. Inour preschool too! it is going around but in between all of that we have taken alot of naps, and got in a few fun activites. Making a car out of an old mattress box, visiting bass pro shop, and some cooking.

Kindergarten Roundup

I cant beleive its almost time for Kindergarten five years goes way too fast! He loved it and cant wait to go and be a bobcat, he says 'its going to be the best ever" The teachers say he is a bright noy they look forward to working with. So we'll see what happens
