Hi everybody! I have just come home from Point Gratiot again today. I love to spend some part of my Sunday over there. Today is cold and we are to have a frost again tonight. Not many people walking around at the lake today most just driving thro. The water is a deep teal green with lots of white caps. I still have not planted any flowers outside, good thing. I went to Sat night church service and then Sunday School today. I like Sat night but after so many years of church being early morning I don't know what to do with me on Sun am. Brandi and Ruben your kids are beautiful!! Jay where are you? We have just finished up the "Harley Happening" in Gowanda . They have everything so close together I think Pioneer Days was just 2 weeks ago now nothing the rest of the summer. I have 4 days off this coming week and I hope to get my "spring cleaning" done!! Yea right there has got to be better things than that to do. I send you all my love. Great Gram Bev

Mom can't wai to see the hair, hope you all had a great time on your memorial day, we had a great picnic with the church and I played a little volleyball which I hav enot done forever, I am enjoying a pregnant free summer. tonite we are having aparty for Ruben's Uncle he has been here for 6 months from Mexico and is moving to Wisconsin so I made a tres leches cake and we are having a fish fry. My great Boss' are letting me have a little yard sale tommorrow I am so excited to rid of all my junk without having to trash it I hope it goes weel Mygoal is fifty so we'll see. Cookies

You guys are killing me. I had to make 6 dozen cookies the other day it was like torture. I have never liked sugar cookies in my life and ll of the sudden its all I can think about. I made the most anazing sugar cookie recipe and now I am addicted. Did you all get my picture. J mom and Gram have to wait till I get another check to mail them. The pictures did not fit in a regular envelope. I have been trying really hard to be good exercising and eating 1700 calories a day. It takes alot of effort tothink about that all day. The kids are so ready to get out a do something we have been in all week work was so busy, we had 12 vacancies two weeks ago and knoe we have three. woo hoo. Addi is getting teeth i think, shes been cranky and sucking her guns like an old lady. Gwen has started sleeping even more than before so I hope that means she is growing, not getting lazy. Ruben has a little bit of the stomach flu today I think it was just some juice that he drank but now he is kinda feverish. Well Aunt Sandi I hope you have a great time with The family. I haVE LOTS OF PICTURES AND CANT DECIDE WHAT TO PUT UP. the flowers are growing outside, the cake i made for my anniversary because someone ate mine, and Gwen the princess.

Well Mothers Day was fun although my kids really had no clue it was mother's day somedaythey will. I spent the day with the kids, and Big Ruben played soccer we went to church and the men cooked and gave us presents, and we played some games it was fun, differnt. Then I cam home to beautiful roses and aclean house,what is better than that? We have been trying new recipes, last night I made a ceaser salad with a yougurt dressing, it was actually better than thereal fatenning thing, tonite I am going to try veal meatballs and spaghetti squash. Ruben is going to his first visit at the Dentist I am not sure if I am exited or nervous I hope they let me take pictures. Addi is good getting bigger and getting pretty good at rolling and scootching herself aroung WOW!! Gwen is good still jibber jabbing, and Ruben is try ing to teach her how to climb out of the crib YIKES. We will be sending out pictures hopefully this next week I need to get new stamps and some 1 cent stamps. How is it having Ashley and Tim home, I miss you all so much I cannot wait for November. Well Love you guys I got to get to school work. Just two more cycles and then I am done for now!!.

Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mom's! Hope you all have a great day. J and Amy gave me a really nice monogrammed book mark, something I never have enough of! I am usually reading multiple books all at the same time. Brandi and the kids gave me a beautiful bracelet that is just perfect to cover my "colors" (Ruben's name for my tattoo) when I need to. Last night someone knocked on my door and had flowers for me from Jon, that made me cry! I'm a really lucky Mom! I have amazing kids! (And Grand-kids). Today Phil is taking me to Lowe's to get flowers, it's a tradition, I always plant flowers on Mother's Day. I think I might get an umbrella for the patio too! Have a great day everyone. Love you all! Pictures

Today is picture day I am taking the kids in to get their pictures don. I am going to have to find more wall space if I want to have any more kids. Mom its ok that you voiced your opinion sometimes people need to hear the truth to giv them reality. Gram I am glad that you had ag reat trip. It rainy here today yesterday the high was 87 and humid yuck yuck, and the I wa sso bummed because their were tornados in northern kansas close to nebraska and Iowa and so the news was on for all of Grey's and Private Practice of course the season finale. I was reeady for it a had a good snack bowl and a huge diet coke and al the kids were in bed early and Ruben was playing soccer. It was the biggest disappointment. J how is the job search going I really think you should go for the job at Starbucks, great benefits. Well I have to go and give baths before I leave for the pictures at 11:30 I will be sending them out soon. Love you guys. Oh yeah what are the numbers for?

It sure seems good to hear from everybody. I just got back from Gettysburg. That was Work and fun. I'm now back to work in Hamburg and that is ok but I'm trying to figure out how I can retire early. I saw a black bear as we drove through the mountains of PA. Never saw one not in a cage or on TV before. Did some sight seeing and shopping. We got some much needed rain here today. I have seen Sandi about 5 min since I got home. It's a very busy time for them all. Brandi I sure enjoy the pictures of your babies. So precious. I have no real news, just wanted to add my 2 cents. Do you ever say things and then second guess them? Thing to yourself, "why did I say that", or "I wish i'd have just kept my mouth shut". Today I had one of those moments. I wonder why we feel that way? I didn't say anything that wasn't true. Hmmm, just pondering?

Friday I wanted to go to the beach, actually I needed to go the beach! I don't know why, but sometimes I really need to. It's like I need sun and water and not just any water will do! Anyway, Phil and I didn't really agree on my plan to go to NY. But my wonderful husband got up at 5:30 Sunday morning and drove 5 and a half hours so that I could sit on the beach. We went to Maumee State Park, which is on the Lake Erie shore. We spent 3 and a half wonderful hours there, then got in the car and drove 5 and a half hours home. Was it worth it? YES YES YES!!!!!!

Today I went to my mother in laws house to try on a dress and hen it up a bit. No one ever comes by the office all day long, and the one time I leave three people pass by they ring the bell and the wait and they dont fine me so some nosy women decides to help her way into my house to look for me, she does not find me so she calls my boss in a panic that something has happened to me. "William she's not in the house and the milk is onthe counter and the music is on and we cant find her. " so william who is always very busy leaves the flooding basment to come check on me I meet him half way and ask him what up I tell him we go into the office. The nosy lady is very upset that I left the office left her rent check and told me she has been waiting, you worried me. William laughs because he knows that I am in and out so he suggests leaving a sign when I leave so the residents dont worry that I am lost. Awww they love me, that was the excitment of my day. The kids are good they are all sleeping and I htink Ruben has the flu so I told him to ge to bed early and all of the family came over as soon as he got in bed, so he got up and they are eating cake and drinking coffee so much for an early bedtime. I hope he does not get to sick because he is a big baby when he gets more then he normally is. Another day of school work, and changing diapers await goodnight family.

Hi guys happy Saturday I didn't ge to sleep in what a bummer, but the kids slept pretty good. I must have slept good because I didn't even notice little Ruben get in bed last night. He is looking better today we finally got a good medicine. He is still a little itchy. Ashley going home, J is job hunting and mom and dad are comic book shopping wow. That sounds better then my Saturday. I have no plans. I think I might clean of my patio and do some scrapbooking. Probably work out, boo. The good thing is that Big Ruben is home today. Aunt Deb got her pictures did anyone else. Amy is is good to see you on the blog. I like it when we all post that is the way it should be. I was thinking of things I could live without just trying to save so money for nexy year if Ruben is gone, I thought I could get rid of my cable but not the internet. I would be cut off. That is so funny how much I use it, it crazy. Love you all.

Going home

So right now i am just waitng to go home. I have nothing to do really until then. Once people get here i'll just load my stuff in the cars, and take a test and then we will be off... maybe we will be spending some time at Letchworth i'm not sure yet. Hope you alll are having a wonderful day!

This is where Phil and I went hiking awhile ago, down by the river, it was a lot of fun, the only problem is that when you go down to the river, you have to get back up from the river! Last night I got to web-cam with Jon for about an hour. He looks good, and seems like he is doing good. It was 12:30am here and 7:30am there. He works 6:30pm to 6:30am so he was just getting off from work. He was really happy because he was promoted to Lance Corporal yesterday. Today it is raining really hard here and it is the annual Wilmore 5k. People have been running by my house all morning and all I can hear is the squish squish of wet shoes! Well, you all have a good day, it's national comic book day so I'm off the follow Phil around Lexington so he can get all of the free comic books!!!!!!!!!

sorry i haven't been on in awhile.....working a lot, which is good and trying to get a new job......not working on that as hard as i should be though.......amy is graduating this next weekend which were both pretty excited about......the football draft was pretty exciting, i'm really excited about buffalo's future......i'm more excited about my future and really all of our futures.......i think we all have good things coming to us as long as we continue to listen to God and what he wants......i'm excited about you graduating ashley.....have you decided about if you are going back to houghton yet? i miss you b, i hope little ruben gets to feeling better.........

Beautiful

so today turned out to be a beautiful day, despite the call for rain and thunderstorms. So soon i think i will be going on a walk since i really have nothing much else to do :) Which is good and bad. Good because i like being free to d what i would like to do. Bad because no one else is free so i have no one to do all the fun stuff i could do with. Weird how that works. Today is my last day at Houghton it is sort of a bittersweet feeling i think. As i look back on my two years here i have come to find out that i really did have a lot more fun here then i thought i did. It is going to be good i think to be able to be home and get to be with family a little more, so i will enjoy that. I am just going to miss my friends, but i guess i only live an hour away so i can come and visit when i can which is good. I think i am going to be taking the Native American studies courses offered at Fredonia, along with some missions and Bible courses offered at Davis which i can take online. i think i am excited about that. Well that is all the new things i have for now but hopefully will talk to you all soon...well i think i will be having to get a new computer first since i can't keep this one :( Love you all,

I have been so into school work and have just ingmored all the other good stuff, because I get on to do school work and decide to check e-amil the blog and my facebook and before you know It my kids have waken up from naps or came home from grandmas and I have accomplished nothing. I complained up the same problem last week, is game night over or what! I love the picture I can;t belevie how big all the cousins are now its so crazy to see them grown up to mee they are still little and asking me to read them stories and playing power rangers at Gram's before spaghetti dinner. Thing are good here I just sent cards out with pictures of the kids hope you get them soon. Ruben is still full of the itches, Addi is sleeping through the night yeah!!!!!! and Gwen is learning to be al ittle stubborn yesterday she held her breath till her face turned blue after her spanking. Its rough being a mom. I love you guys I have to go pick up the kids form Grandma.
